We are desperate for more staff like you and we were wondering if you could introduce any of your friends to Cream?
They would need to be as dedicated and professional as you are and they would need a minimum of 6 months experience supporting Adults in the social care sector. If you know anyone who would be a great addition to the Cream Team, then please follow this link to our Introduce A Friend Form.
If they work a minimum of 200 hours in the first 3 months of their start date then you both will receive £150 and there is no limit to the number of friends you introduce!
Once you have completed the online form and pressed ‘Submit’, the form will be sent to the team back at base and we will call your friend direct. So let them know to expect our call!
